yTrekking & Viewz@ Mt.Tenran-zan, Mt.Tounosu-yama, and Hanno-gawara Trekking (Saitama pref.)

As you may know, this is the mountain that Aoi, the indoor-loving girl from "Yama no Susume," climbed for the first time, and it was actually a pretty interesting course.

I used to think of Hann? as just a residential area near Tokyo, but it turns out it's a really interesting place.@(Nihedon @ KesaranPasaran Lab)

I'll try to find "Yama no Susume".
It's definitely a sacred place for fans of Yama no Susume, isn't it?
They're everywhere in Hannou !
In the anime, it's called "Susuki".

Climbing Mt.Tenran-san

This is the location where the Imperial Guard conducted their drills.
@Emperor Meiji also climbed to the top, which is why it's called "Tenran" (meaning "Imperial Viewing").

These are statues of the Sixteen Arhats.

This is my favorite among all the Arhats!

Mt.Tenran-san summit: From the trailhead, it takes just under 20 minutes to reach the summit.

This location appears at key points in the anime series "Yama no Susume"

Climbing Mt.Tonosu-yama
You'll arrive at after descending from MtTenran-san.

A staircase called Mikaeri-zaka (Looking Back Hill)

Even among Japanese people, few can read this. "Tounosu-yama".

I discovered a shrine while descending .

Could someone please give it a name?

"even infectious diseases can be cured with laughter!"

Stop by Hanno-gawara

It looks like you can enjoy not only mountain activities but also river activities.

Hanno City is truly wonderful!

Hanno-gawara(Riverbed) and the Red Bridge: This is also a sacred site from the anime "Yama no Susume," isn't it?

It's really wonderful how Hanno city, despite being a residential area, still retains so much nature!

ACCESS :

It's a 20-minute walk from Seibu Railway's Hanno Station to the trailhead of Mt. Tenran.
