yTown & Gourmetz@ Searching for turtles in "Kiyosumi Garden" (Tokyo pref.)

As the area east of the Sumida River developed from the Edo period onward, mansions for feudal lords were built there. After the end of the Edo period, the Iwasaki family, prominent figures of the bourgeois class, apparently took over the site of these mansions and created Kiyosumi Garden.

Kiyosumi Garden is a popular walking and dating spot for people of all ages, and also a birdwatching spot for bird enthusiasts. But, well, I don't care about any of that. Turtles, yes, turtles! Today, I conducted another survey (lol) of Japanese pond turtles. @(Nihedon @ KesaranPasaran Lab)
